Our Managing Partner

Francis Rugangila

Director

Francis the Director of FnR Consulting Services. He is a seasoned Human Resource Consultant with over 10 years of relevant working experience in Tanzania and the East Africa region. His experience has been gained through working for Deloitte Consulting Limited and KPMG Advisory Limited, currently managing the FnR Consulting services practice.

Specific area of expertise that Francis has gained from working with organisations in both Private and Public sector includes development of human resource (people) strategy; organisation structure review; development and review of HR policies and procedures; determination of optimal manning level; executive selection and recruitment; staff assessment and development; talent management; training and staff capacity building; job analysis and evaluation; HR and Skills audit; development of schemes of service and job descriptions; performance management; as well as workforce planning and capacity assessment. Francis has also gained experience in change management, turning around specific area of change to the expected outcome.

Francis holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Mzumbe University and an Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Dar es Salaam Business School. He is a certified occupational personality assessor by SHL Group (SA); Certified Facilitator and Trainer (KPMG Business School); a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM_US) and a member of the association of Tanzania Employers (ATE).
