In the recent days, FnR Consulting Services facilitated a two-day Staff Retreat for Six Rivers Africa (SRA), bringing together 60 staff members from different departments and duty stations.
The retreat was designed to strengthen strategic alignment, teamwork, and shared accountability, while reinforcing SRA’s values and ways of working. Through a carefully curated mix of reflective conversations and experiential team-building activities, participants were able to pause, connect, and collectively reflect on what it takes to perform better together.
Beyond the sessions, the retreat created space to learn, unlearn, and reconnect, translating everyday work experiences into practical lessons on collaboration, communication, leadership, and trust. Most importantly, it reinforced a shared sense of purpose and ownership in advancing SRA’s mission.
